19 Resipi ‘Overnight Oats’ Sesuai Untuk Mereka Yang Berdiet

Bismillah.

Mudah sahaja nak buat overnight oatmeal ni. Hanya 5 bahan asas (untuk bekas sederhana besar).

Bahan-bahannya ialah:

1. 5-6 sudu besar rolled oats (oats ini lebih berkhasiat dan tidak terlalu lembik bila dibiarkan semalaman).

2. 1 cawan susu segar (saya gunakan susu Farm Fresh kerana tiada bahan pengawet, susu segar dari ladang).

3. 1-2 sudu besar yogurt asli (jenama Farm Fresh, natural tiada bahan pengawet atau perasa tambahan. Boleh juga guna natural greek yogurt tapi oats akan jadi lebih pekat).

4. 1/2 sudu besar Chia seeds (nak kurus, ni makanan yang sangat sesuai jadi amalan. Terlalu banyak kebaikan antaranya kandungan Omega-3 8 kali lebih daripada ikan salmon, mengawal gula di dalam darah, buat kita rasa kenyang, penambah kesuburan dan bermacam-macam lagi).

5. 1-2 sudu besar madu (pemanis semulajadi. Madu bagus untuk kekalkan tenaga).

Campur semua dalam 1 bekas (saya guna bekas kaca kerana proses penyejukan akan lebih sekata). Biarkan semalaman di dalam peti sejuk. Tambahkan buah-buahan, kekacang, kismis mengikut selera masing-masing.

Sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang berdiet dan nak kurangkan tahap kolesterol dalam badan.
